On Friday 16th June, the Blossoming Futures Project Team enjoyed a day at the Garden Ireland Show in Antrim Castle Gardens. The event was an extravaganza of flowers, food and fun celebrating the beautiful Antrim Castle Gardens at the height of their summer glory. It was packed with ideas and inspiration for your own garden, expert advice and opportunities to buy from specialist plant growers along with creative insight from specialist gardeners / landscapers.
The team where able to enjoy the day further to receiving the ‘Highly Commended Team of the Year Award 2022’ at Inspire’s staff and volunteer conference in 2022. Made up with Inspire staff, volunteers and those using our services, the team aims to use their green knowledge and skills to to maintain and improve people’s own health and wellbeing through green space initiatives.
