Our Armagh Community Wellbeing Service finally celebrated their Blossoming Futures Easter Competition last Thursday (10/08/23). They held an ‘afternoon tea’ for all members, with tea/coffee and scones.
They have described their winning entry perfectly below:
“The inspiration is Inspire is an umbrella organisation but our section is mental health, (there is an umbrella on top of the egg). Those who have mental health sufferers sometimes feel that there is a dark cloud hanging over their heads. This is full of negative thoughts that can weigh very heavy. Through the help of Inspire wellbeing it can help to lift that heavy dark cloud and help protect you from relapse and help see the brightness of a future hence the rainbow. There are inspirational quotes on the little eggs in the basket as well. The white blob in the middle is supposed to be the egg, there were supposed to be bandages and plasters on it to represent that mental health is not something you can patch over.”
