‘Getting Involved’ is an initiative for staff based in Lombard House, providing the opportunity to engage with staff and those who use our services across Inspire. Participation in these initiatives will strengthen the working relationships that help us all feel connected as one organisation, providing a greater understanding of the people and services that we provide.
In May 2023, a team of staff headed to our Fountainville Avenue Supported Housing Service in South Belfast, where they assisted the staff team to transform their green space at the front of the premises. They got their hands dirty, pulled out bushes, shrubs and a lot of weeds. A few weeks ago the team at Fountainville Avenue finished off the grounds by putting some new grass down to complete the transformation – looking great guys!
